Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring qualified candidates; collaborate with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies; leverage market intelligence to inform hiring decisions; ensure a positive candidate experience and build referrals; strong sourcing background and ATS experience (Workday preferred); focus on technology roles; required 4+ years of recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree; fluency in English and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on direct sourcing and talent assessment
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
- Knowledge of behavioral Interviewing techniques preferred
- Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Applicant Tracking System experience; Workday preferred
- Experience with technology roles and various technology stacks is desirable
- Professional Services recruiting experience is nice to have
