Job Summary
Supervise the operation of up to six table games on an assigned shift while providing visible leadership in gaming operation areas. Work closely with the Assistant Table Games Shift Manager to implement and oversee overall strategies for customer service, comping, and expense management to maximize profitability. Ensure the overall integrity of daily operations in your section by modeling regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Drive improved results through staff development and training programs, then monitor results through inspection, evaluation, and analysis to maintain desired standards and high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Two years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role
- table games experience
- excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
- Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift
- Able to develop effective problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
- the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
