Job Summary
The Experienced Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing games efficiently and accurately while providing proactive and friendly interactions with Guests and Team Members. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper game pace, assisting and training Guests unfamiliar with table games, and adhering to internal controls. The role requires excellent customer service skills, basic money handling, and effective communication. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years old, and able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form
- Basic money handling skills
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations quickly
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass departmental audition
