Job Summary
Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and variations. Receive wagers from customers, pay appropriate game outcomes, and perform accurate chip and cash transactions while maintaining game security. Adhere to all company policies, state regulations, and established procedures to ensure prompt, courteous service. Assist customers in understanding rules and respond calmly to stressful situations within a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have previous casino dealing experience, be at least 21 years old, and demonstrate adequate dealing skills during an audition.
Required Qualifications
- previous casino dealing experience
- at least 21 years of age
- successfully complete a basic math test
- pass an Audition displaying adequate dealing skills
- quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
- good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment
- good oral and written communication skills
- fluent and literate in English
- ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift
- ability to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
