Job Summary
Leads projects within the Advanced Mission Systems portfolio, coordinating with integration and software engineers to define, plan, and verify system-of-systems solutions. Responsible for proposals, estimates, supplier SOWs, engineering coordination, and managing budget and schedule, with close interaction with customers and Boeing leadership. Experience with F/A-18 avionics and mission systems, software development, requirements development, and Agile processes is highly beneficial. Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally may be required; navigation through export control compliance is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 4+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Project planning or project management experience
- Experience with export compliance (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with Agile development and mission systems (preferred)
