Job Summary
Systems Manager responsible for the performance, availability, modernization, and delivery of MMIS and related enterprise services. Drives IT service management (ITSM) maturity, governance over changes, incidents, and escalations, and oversees system health across a regulated healthcare environment. Leads ITIL4-based ITSM processes, incident/problem/change/service request management, and governance with clients (e.g., CDL, DHS, AGM). Ensures security, data protection, disaster recovery, SOC audits, and compliance while coordinating with PMO and delivery teams. Requires 10+ years in IT leadership, 5+ years in technical/service delivery leadership, and Bachelors degree (Master;s or PMP preferred); United States remote opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in IT systems engineering, operations, or infrastructure leadership (Medicare MIS or healthcare platform experience preferred)
- 5+ years in technical and service delivery leadership roles
- Deep expertise in ITIL4, ITSM, and technical project execution within complex, regulated environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC, and enterprise compliance frameworks
