Job Summary
Conduct climate risk assessments covering physical and transition risks through scenario analysis aligned with global frameworks like TCFD. Support clients in preparing sustainability disclosures for CSRD compliance, aligning with EU Taxonomy Regulation, and developing science-based targets. Perform GHG inventory calculations across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, conduct LCA modeling, and assess nature-related risks per TNFD. Facilitate client workshops on decarbonization strategies and assist in designing carbon offsetting mechanisms. Research regulatory developments and leverage digital tools to enhance deliverable accuracy. Oversee project monitoring and coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Finance or related field
- At least four (4) years of client‐facing consulting experience in sustainability
- Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks, standards and regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, TNFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064/14067)
- Proven expertise in climate risk assessments and climate resilience analyses, utilising climate models
- Hands-on experience with sustainability reporting and assurance readiness, including familiarity with audit and assurance requirements under CSRD/ESRS or equivalent standards
- Hands-on experience with GHG Protocol (Scopes 1-3) calculations, including familiarity with assurance requirements
- Experience in decarbonization program design, scenario analysis, and audit-ready reporting (TCFD/CSRD/CDP)
- Familiarity with TNFD and nature-related risk assessments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sustainability, energy, carbon footprint and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent report writing, verbal and presentation skills in Greek and English with ability to review others' work to ensure quality
- Prior exposure to multi-disciplinary client engagements and project delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver to high standards
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a genuine passion for sustainability
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
