Job Summary
Experienced Subaru Service Technician at Martin Automotive Group in Nashville, TN. Responsible for performing repairs per repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies; test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems; communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs; complete online multi-point inspection reports; execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Requires at least 2 years of auto technician experience, computer literacy, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, and a valid driver’s license. Manufacturer certifications preferred. Competitive flat-rate pay ($25.00-$35.00) with productivity incentives, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, and opportunities like The President’s Club.
