Job Summary
Role involves performing Stress analysis for aircraft components, including loads, static, fatigue, and damage-tolerance analyses using hand calculations and finite element methods. Generate documentation to report analysis and test results to support certification/qualification, and support gated reviews. Must be familiar with FAA and Mil-Spec regulatory frameworks and able to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This position is based in Bangalore, India, with relocation available within India; visa sponsorship is not offered. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare comprehensive reports and proposals.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and ability to work under pressure in time-constrained environments.
- Ability to mentor and teach subordinates and partners to accomplish project goals.
