Job Summary
Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model. Role emphasizes mentoring graduate students and early-career clinicians, interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, psychologists, and behavioral health providers, and opportunities to work across clinic, school, and telehealth settings. Ideal candidates deepen expertise in evidence-based treatments, influence clinical programming and best practices, supervise student clinicians in partnership with universities, and contribute to a culture that values high-quality care and clinician wellbeing. Requirements include Master’s degree or higher, CCCs, NC licensure, and 4+ years of clinical experience with children/families; bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation includes competitive pay, $7,500 sign-on bonus, medical/benefits, and professional development support.
