Experienced Spanish Interpreter (LATAM)

We are seeking an Experienced English-Spanish Interpreter to join a 100% remote LATAM-based team. Core responsibilities include providing accurate consecutive medical interpretation primarily in medical settings, with expansion opportunities into Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). The role requires 6 months to 1 year of professional remote medical interpretation experience, English proficiency at C1 or higher, and possession or willingness to obtain HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse certifications. Certifications accepted include ALTA Spanish fluency (minimum score 9) and LanguageStat (PICSI) (passing score 75–80%). The candidate must maintain HIPAA-compliant, quiet workspace with a hardwired internet connection, a quality USB headset, Windows 10, and current browser access. There is potential for career progression from OPI to VRI based on performance, with a per-minute pay structure.
