Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
- Minimum C1 English proficiency
- Proof of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the last 12 months (ALTA Spanish fluency score 9; LanguageStat PICSI score 75–80%)
- Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
- HIPAA and FWA certifications or willingness to obtain
- Background check willingness
