Experienced Solar Installers

Residential Solar Installer on an installation team. Responsibilities include assembling racking and mounting hardware, installing solar modules on pitched roofs, handling structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array, and assisting with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician. Must have previous solar installation experience, comfort with heights/roof work, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions; requires a valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks. Demonstrates safety-first mindset, proficiency with power tools, reliability, and a get-it-done-right attitude.
