Job Summary
Design and execute strategies to test complex AI functionality, including neural networks, training data impact, and statistical validation. Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks, environments, and CI/CD integrations for advanced video analytics software. Implement functional and non-functional test cases tailored to computer vision, while analyzing logs and metrics to troubleshoot and verify bug fixes. Collaborate directly with developers and stakeholders to understand emerging AI technologies and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- Solid professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test framework development
- A strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts—specifically how AI models and neural networks work, the importance of data quality/diversity, and statistical approaches to evaluating model performance
- Strong programming skills with very good knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with other programming and scripting languages
- Practical experience working in a Linux environment
- Experience with version control (GIT)
- Experience with APIs
- Experience with databases
- Experience with CI/CD contexts (such as Jenkins and Docker)
- Good understanding of network communication, protocols (such as RTSP and HTTP), and embedded systems
- Fluency in English, with good communication skills
