Job Summary
Experienced Software Engineer on JPMorganChase Global Technology team responsible for designing and delivering scalable Java/Python applications. You will participate in agile teams to develop secure, production-quality code, contribute to architectures and design artifacts, analyze large data sets for insights, and drive improvements in code quality, system reliability, and platform capabilities across cloud, AI/ML, and payments/trading domains.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability
- Proficient in coding in Java or Python languages
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
