Job Summary
Experienced Software Engineer on the DASH team supporting Boeing Global Services, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack software solutions (web apps, databases, data processing tools) to support fleet health analytics for the F/A-18 platform and other programs. Collaborates with users and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software, coordinates cross-team development, leads or contributes to code reviews and agile processes, troubleshoots issues, mentors junior engineers, and continuously improves software processes. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of full-stack experience, 1+ year with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the ability to obtain U.S. Citizenship-based security clearance; position is onsite at listed U.S. locations with relocation available based on eligibility. Proficiency in system thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering reliable, high-quality software for mission-critical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
- 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle and architecture frameworks
- 1+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in agile development environment
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries is a plus
