Job Summary
Design, code, and test backend software using C# and C++ while optimizing solutions for cloud-native environments in Microsoft Azure. Manage and stabilize SQL databases for reliability, ensure seamless API communication between backend and frontend, and use Visual Studio, Git, and Jira to track progress. Solve complicated challenges in enterprise backend development and contribute to agile, self-organized product teams focused on intuitive, scalable healthcare systems.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive software development experience
- Enterprise backend development experience
- At least 5 years in the industry
- Experience owning systems over time
- Sound technical judgement
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems
- Ability to weigh trade-offs
- Ability to choose a direction and defend it
- Ownership beyond own code
- Ability to help colleagues do better work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain technical reasoning to colleagues, partners and customers

- Bachelor's or Master's degree within engineering, IT or similar
- Strong academic record
- Fluency in Swedish
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Value for customer contact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technological environment
- Mandatory background security screening acceptance

- Speaking more languages than Swedish and English
