Job Summary
Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards. Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain 'Fixed First Visit' expectations. Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video inspections; notify Service Advisor if additional recommendations or more time is needed. Master the Dealer Management System for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and timekeeping. Complete required training, maintain cleanliness in the workspace and in customer vehicles. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record
- Prior automotive technician experience preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
