Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, greeting vehicle owners and explaining repair processes to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service. Manage technician scheduling, distribute work efficiently, and maintain daily inventory of technician time while providing concierge support for all owner inquiries. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression. Requires an organized, friendly personality with demonstrated ability to manage others, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record.
