Job Summary
Experienced Service Advisor at Johnson Hyundai of Wake Forest seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented individual to advise guests on necessary vehicle service repairs as recommended by technicians. The role involves assisting with operations of the Service Department, counseling guests, and communicating repair recommendations. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience and CDK proficiency. Strong emphasis on excellent customer service, professional appearance, and work ethic. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor (REQUIRED)
