Job Summary
Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and communicate unique presentation points for recommended maintenance or repairs. Actively listen to customer needs while utilizing the latest technology to ensure an outstanding experience. Present products or services effectively and maintain a high-energy, positive attitude throughout the shift. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, with Saturday rotations from 8am to 1pm (early weekday out when working Saturday). Requires previous Service Advisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50-100 lbs and operate both automatic and manual transmissions. Required Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor Experience
- High energy, partnered with a positive attitude
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Top-notch communication skills
- Skilled at presentation products or services
- Previous dealership experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to read, comprehend information, and perform calculations
- Ability to bend, push, climb, lean, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, and perform other maneuvers associated with the position
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day
- Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift
- Must be available for Saturday shifts (rotating)
- Monday thru Friday 7am to 6pm availability
- A post-offer pre-employment driving/criminal background check
- A drug screen
