Experienced Service Advisor at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno, responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process, accurately writing repair orders and explaining diagnoses and costs, effectively upselling maintenance and repair services, communicating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs, and maintaining CSI standards while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Advisor experience
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
- Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Experience with Hyundai or other OEM brands preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
