Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and act as a liaison to translate repair requirements to technicians. Provide transparent estimates, suggest additional services with integrity, and clearly explain repairs and associated costs. Manage appointments, schedule services, and inspect repair quality before vehicle return. Keep customers updated on progress, notify them promptly when vehicles are ready, and address minor concerns tactfully. Inform the Service Manager of any issues and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores. Handle sales and management of extended warranties while upholding dealership policies.
