Understand the Guest-Obsessed culture and ensure satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly and anticipating their needs. Handle complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to maintain overall guest satisfaction. Demonstrate the ability to work in a high-volume setting, listen amidst noise, and coordinate hands to write, pour, and carry multiple items simultaneously. Past experience in a Japanese restaurant is a plus.
