Job Summary
Maintain tables to FS Food Group standards while personally ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for. Know regulars by name, make genuine recommendations, and take food and beverage orders into the POS. Communicate regularly with tables to anticipate needs and keep the restaurant clean and friendly. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the entire restaurant. Requires at least one year of previous serving experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining establishment, open availability, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Offers substantial earnings potential up to $1200/week with flexible scheduling and a real path to management.
