Job Summary
Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion performance. Oversee all technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives across multiple digital properties, conducting deep technical audits to improve crawlability, site speed, and UX. Guide content creation through keyword strategy and topical authority frameworks while managing link-building and authority initiatives. Build dashboards, analyze data, and present insights to leadership, collaborating with developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams. Mentor the SEO Marketing Specialist and stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry innovations. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive SEO experience with proven results
- Expert-level knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GSC, GA4)
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and strategic planning abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-site, global, or multilingual SEO programs
- Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and advanced technical SEO fixes
- Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) or A/B testing tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Exposure to paid search, social media strategy, or integrated digital marketing campaigns
