Job Summary
Experienced Senior Recruiter responsible for sourcing qualified candidates across the US market, conducting market mapping and proactive outreach to passive candidates, screening and evaluating candidates against job requirements, presenting and submitting qualified candidates to clients within timelines, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems. Responsibilities include managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates on sourcing activities and market intelligence, and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience through professional and responsive interactions. Preferred experience includes working in RPO, staffing agencies, executive search firms, or contingent recruitment environments, and recruitment experience supporting life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries. Requires a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet, ability to identify hard-to-find candidates, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with independence and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting for the US market
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other recruitment platforms
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging hard-to-find and passive candidates
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability
