Job Summary
Develop NLP models to assist with information search and recommendation within legal documents. Maintain and monitor these models in production, design conversational agents for accelerating lawyers’ work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product development opportunities. Ideal candidates should possess strong Machine Learning knowledge, experience with Elasticsearch, and skills in Python. Knowledge of MLOps and a keen interest in AI topics are also essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing NLP models for information search and recommendation
- Ability to maintain and monitor machine learning models in production
- Experience designing conversational agents
- Collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and product designers
- Interest in identifying, analyzing, and deploying scientific advances
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (both classical and deep learning)
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes such as Elasticsearch
- Solid understanding of MLOps challenges
- Strong Python development skills, focusing on algorithm design
- Proficiency in French
