Job Summary
Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the most effective and efficient service. Ensure that trained security personnel properly staff all posts and perform duties in full compliance with facility operations procedures. Review and approve all reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel while maintaining effective communications with assigned staff. Counsel, advise, motivate, and provide discipline to personnel as necessary. Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents and keep personnel updated on any modifications to policies or regulations. Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations. Available to be on call 24/7 with a schedule including evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Full-time position with a salary range of $70K - $80K.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to be on call 24/7
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays
- Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field
- Must have three years of Security Account Manager experience
- Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record
- Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field
- Must be able to effectively communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal)
