Experienced Scientist Empower

Experienced Scientist (Empower) to support Biotherapeutics R&D and analytical development in a GMP environment. Responsible for Empower system day-to-day support and troubleshooting, design and release of Empower report methods/projects and software updates, handling separation data, providing technical support for investigations and data requests, developing and reviewing strategy documents, participating in installation and qualification of new lab equipment, leading/participating in laboratory investigations, contributing to continuous improvement, supporting method transfer and validation activities, authoring and reviewing laboratory documents (methods, SOPs, work instructions, protocols, reports), and coaching junior colleagues. Strong knowledge of Empower software, regulatory expectations (FDA/EMA) and data integrity, plus familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, CSDS, CIEF, UPLC) and GMP/cGMP laboratory environments. Must be able to commute to Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, with flexible onsite requirement (3 days/week onsite). Commitment to integrity, inclusion, and high ethical standards is required.
