Job Summary
In-home high-performance sales role for garage-door services combining technical execution with frontline selling. You will walk into homes where service is needed, diagnose problems, clearly explain problems and pricing, present options, confidently close the sale on-site, and then complete the work yourself. Top performers consistently close a high percentage of opportunities, deliver a 5-star customer experience, and own their numbers. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, explaining repairs and pricing, closing sales, and executing installations (replacing springs, motors, rollers, and full systems; installing openers and wiring). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service
- Currently employed as a garage door technician (or equivalent)
- Experience closing jobs and selling in-home services
- Ability to diagnose problems, present options, close sales on the spot, and perform installation/work
