Job Summary
Experienced Sales Manager to recruit, train, and coach a team of sales professionals on the showroom floor and in the field; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; set objectives, schedules, and policies to ensure profitability; build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat and referral business; stay current with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to maintain a competitive edge; requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations
