Job Summary
Assist customers through the buying process, greet and qualify buyers, and explain product performance, application, and benefits. Write sales orders, process paperwork, and utilize dealership sales controls while offering test drives to all interested customers. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings, encourage repeat and referral business, and ensure the sales manager meets each customer. Keep abreast of new products, accessories, and their benefits. Observe all safety rules and regulations, demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values, and maintain a professional personal appearance. Work every Saturday, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays, throughout the dealer premises and outdoor car lot.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Ability to work every Saturday
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Must submit to a background and drug screen
