Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs using advanced troubleshooting tools and schematics. Perform pre-delivery inspections, maintain accurate service records, and lead by example in a clean, safety-focused environment. Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians while collaborating with service advisors and parts departments to ensure timely repairs. Stay current on RVIA and manufacturer certifications. Requires 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience, RVIA/RVDA certifications, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience or related technical background
- Valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of RV systems including electrical, slide-outs, plumbing, roof repairs, appliances, and hydraulics
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
