Job Summary
Experienced RV Technician sought to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs. Lead by example in a fast-paced shop, mentor entry-level and skilled technicians, perform pre-delivery inspections, and ensure systems are fully operational. Stay current on RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications and collaborate with service advisors and parts department to deliver top-tier repairs. Demonstrated problem-solving, diagnostic skills, strong communication and leadership, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 5-day work weeks with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience or related technical background
- Valid driver’s license
