Job Summary
Experienced RV Service Technician role focusing on diagnosing and repairing RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, chassis). Leads complex diagnostics, mentors junior technicians, and ensures high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inspecting units, executing Get Ready and customer orientation, performing pre-delivery inspections, installing aftermarket accessories (solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings), maintaining service records, and ensuring safety and dealership standards. Requires 4+ years in RV repair, RVTI certification, ability to lead a team, and physical ability to handle tools and lifting; standard benefits and career advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
- RVTI certification
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Have a set of personal tools
- The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
- The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
- Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays
