Job Summary
Lead complex diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of RV makes/models; mentor junior technicians; diagnose and repair RV systems (electric, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis); install aftermarket accessories (solar panels, satellite, leveling jacks, hitches, awnings); perform pre-delivery inspections and maintain accurate service records; ensure safety and dealership standards while keeping a clean, organized shop; candidates should have 4+ years RV repair experience and RVTI certification, be able to work independently and as a team lead, bring their own tools, and pass background and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- RVTI certification
- 4+ years hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Have a set of personal tools
- The ability to pass a background and drug test
