Experienced RV Service Technician

Lead diagnostics and repairs of RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis systems; mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality service environment; complete pre-delivery inspections and ensure accurate service records; install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings; maintain safety and dealership standards; requires 4+ years of hands-on RV repair, RVTI certification, ability to work independently and as a team leader, and physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs with possible assistance; willingness to work Saturdays; pass background and drug test.
