Job Summary
Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components while inspecting units for customer sales and completing pre-delivery inspections. Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, leveling jacks, and awnings, then maintain accurate service records and time tracking. Mentor junior technicians through on-the-job training to support shop efficiency and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards. Maintain an organized workspace stocked with essential tools and materials.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
- Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
- RVTI certification
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Have a set of personal tools
- The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
- The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
- Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
