Job Summary
This role requires diagnosing, servicing, and repairing RV systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis components. Responsibilities include leading complex diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, inspecting RVs for customer sales, and installing aftermarket accessories. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess RVTI certification, and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader
- Have a set of personal tools
- Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- RVTI certification
- Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
