Experienced RN - Registered Nurse - Cath Lab - Part - Time

Assume responsibility for assigned patients in the cardiac cath lab, obtaining and monitoring physiological data while administering medications and IV infusions. Assist physicians in examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and complex treatments, intervening when necessary to ensure safe patient care. Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments, noting all changes in physician orders. Provide coaching and mentoring to newer staff, fostering an inclusive workforce culture through formal and informal feedback methods.
