Job Summary
This position entails managing day-to-day clinical operations in the Acute Care Clinical Services department, ensuring high-quality patient care delivery and compliance with nursing practice standards. The RN Manager will lead departmental performance metrics, establish policies, manage the budget, and integrate strategic quality initiatives fostering a culture of safety and inclusion. Candidates must possess strong planning, coordinating, and managerial skills, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License (RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC))
Desired Qualifications
- Master's in Nursing preferred
- Nursing specialty or leadership certification(s) preferred
