Experienced RN - Emergency Department

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the Emergency Trauma Center, maintaining professional accountability and coordinating care with other departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, serving a diverse community across southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Interact with nearly every healthcare specialty, caring for patients with minor illnesses to life-threatening injuries or diseases. Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications including ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
