Experienced Rigger/Machinery Mover

Transport loads of various types and weights from one point to another without damage to the object, property, or personnel. Align, level, and anchor machinery while inspecting lifting gear prior to use, ensuring all lifts remain within equipment load limits. Attach loads to rigging for support or movement using hand and power tools, and fabricate, set up, and repair supporting structures, hoists, and pulling gear. Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces using chain falls, gin poles, and other specialized equipment. Operate cranes, TCR vehicles, and other machinery to hoist materials safely and efficiently, including tilting and turning suspended loads to maneuver around obstacles. Follow correct lock-out and tag procedures, perform preventative maintenance on equipment, and signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting operations.
