Job Summary
Experienced Retail Broker for Colliers in the Puget Sound area. The role focuses on securing new and expanding business opportunities in the Retail sector through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with top-tier clients, cross-collaborating with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Financing teams, maintaining CRM databases, and engaging in local business events and client meetings. Requires WA real estate licensure, 5+ years in CRE sales, and knowledge of NNN/modified/full-service lease structures; 1099 independent contractor with 100% commission-based compensation; authorization to work in the US. This position emphasizes building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to Colliers’ market leadership in Seattle/Bellevue.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of WA
- 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (both via phone and in-person canvassing)
- Strong knowledge of lease structures including NNN, modified gross, and full-service leases
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No sponsor for work visas (1099 independent contractor)
