Job Summary
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours, monitor food inventory, and assist with stock management. Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Requires at least three years of experience as a restaurant cook, strong knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. ServSafe certification is a plus. Discounted meals are provided while on duty.
