Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on residential electrical service experience
- Experience running residential service calls
- Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
- Able to communicate clearly with homeowners and explain electrical problems in a way they understand
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
