Job Summary
Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Remove existing window and door spaces, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim while following all company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols. Clean up thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. This role supports a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in high-quality remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors across over 40 locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for a start time of 6:30 AM
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to travel to customer's home
- Must be able to remove existing window/door space
- Must be able to install replacement windows and exterior doors
- Must be able to replace trim
- Must be able to clean up thoroughly
- Must be able to collect paperwork and payment
- Must be able to greet customers and establish rapport
- Must be able to follow Company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Must be able to follow PPE protocol
- Must be able to perform background check
- Must be able to pass drug screen
