Job Summary
Provide exceptional residential cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer service. Train and support new cleaning professionals, perform quality inspections to maintain high standards, and assist with scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding. Support local marketing initiatives and represent the company professionally. Spend 70% to 80% of time cleaning homes while gradually taking on additional leadership responsibilities as the company grows. Starting at $18/hour for 30 hours per week with performance bonuses and a clear path to a full-time leadership position.
