Job Summary
Obtain comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and providers to develop holistic care pictures. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and conditions, then collaborate with the interprofessional team to identify optimal outcomes. Develop and implement care plans using clinical judgment to promote a safe environment while evaluating progress toward goals. Contribute to quality nursing practice by integrating evidence-based strategies and maintaining current competence. Maintain constant alertness while performing other duties as assigned in the CCU.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) - Emergency Nurses Association (ENA)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy Pediatrics (AAP)
